Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received


Time Frame

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


Conditions

Because items are Print on Demand and personalized, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variation


Return Process

Email support@starlightcoast.store with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of issue

  • Description of defect


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.


Replacements

We may offer replacement items instead of refunds when appropriate.
